Alfred Homes and Comland PLC have dissolved their joint venture with immediate effect, with the company now solely under the control of founder and Managing Director Gregg Joslin.
With an exciting portfolio of developments and a new structure in place, the business is poised to build upon their success. “I am extremely excited about the next stage in my company’s progression” commented Gregg, “we’re continuing to build some outstanding homes true to our core brand values and we have an exceptional team now in place to take us through this next period of expansion.”
The Alfred team is further supported by the appointment of Non-Executive Director Dane Houlahan. A former senior KPMG Corporate Finance Partner who specialises in advising companies within the building and construction sector; his role will be to provide strategic guidance to the new Alfred Homes Board.
