THE SIMPLE STEPS TO YOUR NEW HOME
Once you have identified the Alfred Home of your choice, you will meet with our Sales Advisors to talk through the steps of our Assisted Move package, and once you have agreed to use the service, we will complete the reservation process* to secure your new home.
We will then undertake research of your area, selecting two of the best performing local Estate Agents to provide independent appraisals and valuations of your property.
Based on these valuations, and if you are still happy to proceed, together we will agree the marketing price of your home and you can then appoint the recommended agent to sell your property.
From then on, we will regularly liaise with you and your Estate Agent and support you in selling your old home.
Once an offer has been accepted on your current property, we will oversee the sales process to completion.

*All offers are subject to Alfred Homes’ standard terms and conditions. A reservation fee is to be paid on the reservation, which may vary per plot. You will be advised accordingly by the Sales Advisor. It is not guaranteed that your property is eligible for Assisted Move, and Alfred Homes reserve the right not to accept your property onto the scheme. If, having sold your property through Assisted Move, you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase with Alfred Homes, then in the usual way, you will become fully responsible for all of your Estate Agency fees.
