We have designed a scheme for 60 units on land between the Recreation Centre and Arlebury Park in New Alresford.  These homes, that include properties for open market sale and 40% of an affordable housing tenure, have been sympathetically designed to reflect and enhance the period character of this architecturally important county town. 

We are currently promoting the land with New Alresford Town Council for inclusion in its forthcoming Neighbourhood Plan.
