We acquired planning consent for a generous site in this popular and well established residential area, within a short distance of the station at Weybridge.  However, the site had constrictions such as level changes and preserved trees, so the scheme was re- designed to accommodate 19 units, a mix of two bedroom apartments and four bedroom houses, with underground car parking and our usual high specification.
