This site on the exclusive Sleepers Hill in Winchester was purchased with historic planning consent for six apartments and a detached house that had been gained by the previous owner.  We had a different vision for this prestigious location and within nine months received a delegated approval from Winchester City Council, largely due to the support of the residents of Sleepers Hill who appreciated our character led and individualistic approach to the site.
