With a string of exciting projects planned for 2022, we have recently enhanced our Winchester based technical team by the appointment of Steven Edwards as Senior Technical Manager (pictured right), and Jonny Ribbans as Technical Manager.
Both individuals bring a wealth of complementary experience to the business, having worked for a variety of house builders throughout the region, ranging from bespoke developers of spectacular one-off homes to national builders specialising in high-end, London based apartment complexes.
Working alongside long-term Development Director Neville Bailey and Construction Director Alan Richards, the company’s technical department are poised to embark on a variety of developments encompassing some wonderful sites within Winchester, the surrounding area and further afield.
“Despite the unique challenges we’ve all experienced in recent months the property market remains buoyant and as such we have some brilliant projects coming on stream in 2022” commented Managing Director Gregg Joslin, adding “bringing onboard experienced and talented personnel now strengthens our internal team early in the process to ensure we continue to deliver our outstanding homes to the market; it is going to be an exhilarating year ahead.”
